The Spa Experience - What you can expect at Celebrity Day Spa.
Upon arriving at the Spa, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff and escorted to the women's/men's locker room where you will receive a locker with complimentary spa attire, a spa robe and slippers to wear during your visit. As you enter your private treatment room, your therapist will leave the room so you may comfortably disrobe. Undergarments are not necessary. Please keep in mind -- your therapist is professionally trained to warmly drape you with a large towel or sheets at all times.

* Please do not bring valuables to the spa.

* It is recommended that the spa appointments be made as far in advance as possible.

* To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend you schedule your next visit before leaving the Spa.

* To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.

Gratuity is Appreciated
Gratuities are not included in the price of the treatments. The recommended standard gratuity for spa services is 15% - 20% of the price of the treatment received. Feel free to provide large gratuities for exceptional service. Gratuities to Spa Therapist can be paid in cash (envelopes are available at the receptionist desk for each therapist) or added into a credit card or check and given to the therapist at the end of the week in the paychecks. Any quest receiving 3 or more treatments in the same day, a 15% gratuity is added to the total.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Celebrity Day Spa's gift certificates must be presented at the time of appointment, and Celebrity Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services, or products purchased. Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

Party Bookings
Wedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcomed. Please call us for arrangements. For parties of 5 or more they will receive a 10% discount on all services. Credit card must be given to book groups.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does.

Communicate With Your Treatment Provider
Upon check-in, all spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire designed with your well-being in mind. The best treatments require honest communication with your Spa Therapist. During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Please alert your therapist to any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, allergies (especially seafood allergies), surgeries, any other significant medical conditions or medications you are taking (especially Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing medications) as they may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. We respect our guests' privacy. The nature of Celebrity Day Spa's services requires open communication between our staff and guests to ensure correct treatments and products are used. Personal information is collected solely to better understand and service your health and well being needs. Be assured that any personal or sensitive information shared with us will be held in the strictest of confidence, and privacy respected in all matters. Our treatments are designed to relax, rejuvenate, and restore harmony to your life. Learn to take time for yourself, it is a luxury to pamper yourself but a necessity to take care of yourself and well-being. Should you require anything, always feel free to ask.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Guests who book appointments and who cannot join us for their scheduled time or don't notify us to cancel their appointments beyond the 12 hour cancellation period will be charged 50% of the treatment price. We do not provide refunds for canceled appointments. Please note that a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation when booking 3 or more services.
